What the PTO Does

Enrichment Programs

• Provides $20 per student annually to lower Field Trip costs
• Fully funds STEAM Night
• Organizes Running Club
• Creates programing for March is Reading
• Supports the GES Giving Tree and Grizzlies Give Back
• Facilitates the Book Fair; donating a portion of proceeds to the library & books for our school
• Funds 5th Grade Activities such as Camp Arrowhead, Glow Social, Picnic, and Moving Up Ceremony

Communicates & Informs

• Maintains the Greystone Elementary PTO Website 
• Emails important PTO and school updates
• Administers the Official PTO Facebook Page
• Updates the PTO Calendar
• Facilitates General Membership Meetings open to all families.
• Oversees and produces the School Yearbook Annually

Supports Our School

• Provides Teachers with gift cards to support their classrooms
• Stocks the Teacher's Lounge with food, drinks, and goodies multiple times per year
• Provides Staff Meals during conferences
• Hosts Staff Appreciation Events throughout Teacher Appreciation Week and the school year
